Since 2006, I have had the privilege of helping clients in all phases of life with their housing needs. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, looking to find a larger home, or even down-sizing I am a real estate agent who helps clients through the entire process. Real estate is truly my passion.
I grew up as an “army-brat” and spent much of my childhood in Heidelberg, Germany. In 1974 my family made the decision to move back to the United States and I have been lucky enough to call Colorado my home ever since. Once arriving back in Colorado, my family lived on Lookout Mountain, so I am very familiar with the Golden and Evergreen areas.
I have two grown daughters who attended school in the Jeffco public school system from elementary education through high school, and I have lived in Littleton for nearly thirty-five years. I feel that my experience in raising my family within the community that I serve as a realtor offers my clients a more personal and tailored expertise. I am knowledgeable when it comes to helping sellers choose a listing price, and I find that home buyers value my experience living within the Littleton area.
My clients choose my services as a realtor because I am an agent who works with them every step of the way. I believe that communication and transparency are vital to the selling and buying process. I always make it a top priority to go above and beyond. I offer staging consultations with advice to help get clients’ homes ready to list, complimentary professional photography to capture your home at its absolute best, and I personally help clients downsize. I meet every appraiser and inspector to ensure that clients feel secure with the safety and value of their new home.
